Role Summary

We are seeking a Junior Meta Ads Executive to join our Meta Ads team. In this hybrid role (available for candidates in Chennai, Tirunelveli, or Remote), you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience who is eager to drive return on ad spend (ROAS) and grow their career in Paid Ads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set up and run ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram based on the client's goals and budget. 2. Create and test different ad images, videos, and text to see what works best. 3. Set up the right audiences (interests, location, age, lookalike, and retargeting) to reach the correct people. 4. Check campaigns daily and make changes to lower cost and get more leads or sales. 5. Track results and prepare simple reports showing reach, clicks, leads, cost, and what can be improved.
